Got a bit of a problem used the teleport gate with Herbak and now his character has dissapeared but is "Stuck" in the teleport rock. No physical body but it shows his I finally located you comment he does non stop. I can't seem to get him out and the teleport to seyda neen option doesn't work. Can't use placeatpc because it just duplicates a new Herbak from before the quest begins. Also tried cellposition and nothing had to revert to an older save.
It seems like a collision problem, do you use OpenMW to play? Some versions have problems with meshes having one-way collisions.
To resolve this you can temporarily use the "TCL" console command: Open the console, type the command TCL and then move away towards free ground, possibly try to float in the air just above the floor. Herbak should now be able to follow you, as soon as you get out of the block open the console again and type the command again to reset collisions. Let me know if you can solve the problem this way.
No TCL doesn't work he has no physical body but he still makes comments as if he was there. Im just sending him through tunnels and other ways just to get around. This is for the Fort teleporter.
Perhaps the author's suggestions can help: "Q: I lost Herbak on the islands, how can I get him back? A: Stand on a teleporter platform and if Herbak was in follow mode and is not nearby, he will teleport over. Otherwise, use the amulet to meet up with Herbak in Seyda Neen (or elsewhere later)."
openmw and yea neither worked not the amulet nor his teleporting. What I did was swim him over to the fortress. I'm in the process of figuring out the damn main gate lol.
This problem has never happened, and I cannot rule out that it is an OMW problem. Which version do you use? I don't have a solution at the moment, the only thing I can do is study the problem and try to recreate the conditions of the disappearance. I hope that returning to a previous save will still allow you to continue the story. Returning to the gate... the author, Iladrion, used a perverse way of continuing the main quest. As with the various towers, there is always another path...
There is any console command to pass the last door that need 'kill its children' ? I killed a lot of his disciples but i do not want to search the possible last one (the maze?) and finish the mod.
Do you mean the door in Adnazar's tower with the message "This door is the mother of all doors and will only open to you after you have visited its children."?
It is not possible to complete the mod without having killed its 5 attendants and without having passed the 35 daughter doors of the great door. If you use the console and go through the door, the game will resume from the cell of one of the attendants' towers, with some of them alive again (or all of them alive, depending on your progress).
If you have arrived in the Adnazar tower you must pass through all the daughter doors, a counter will keep count of the doors passed (find a way to mark the crossed doors). Once you have gone through the 35 doors then the main door will be unlocked.
You have been warned, but if you want to try the console then do this: Open the console and type: StopScript "IOTD_adna_maindoor_script" StopScript "IOTD_adna_maindoor_script2" select the big door in the console and type "Unlock"
As I already said though, you won't be able to finish the mod this way...
The archipelago was moved far to the northwest, in a rectangle between cells -57.38 and -50.30. To get an idea, look at the square at the top right of this image:

By fort teleport, you mean Moth Fortress, right?

Can you post a screenshot of the place where Herbak disappears?

Which cells do they affect?
