https://web.archive.org/web/20161103121615/http://mw.modhistory.com/download-56-14757 Found this mod that makes some changes to the new heads, you may or may not like them more. Not uploading it because the readme says "*You may NOT merge my mod with another and re-release it!" so I'm erring on the side of caution and not reuploading.
How very strange. I have all the files in my data files, so something must have happened when I was repackaging it. I've updated the file to have everything now, thank you for pointing this out.
Glad to help. I actually went to Sils site. Grabbed the files. Yes it's a ACE compressed file. Fired up PeaZip with its ACE plugin installed. Bob's your uncle.
PeaZip is also great for doing conversions of compressed files e.g .ace to .7z, .rar etc without the need to first unpack the compressed source.
I did try peazip before just downloading winace, for some reason the plugin to unzip ace files would not run on my computer, claiming it couldn't run on a 64 bit system.
Yeah the .dll is pretty old and I would hazard a guess that it was compiled as 32-bit rather than anyCPU. I have PeaZip x86 (32-Bit) running on a spare air-gapped laptop with an x86 OS so did not encounter that issue.
A word of caution, WinAce has documented security issues so it's best to trash it after you've used it to 'unACE' a file.
Just for fun went ahead and tried opening ACE with 7zip. Predictably it can't. However if to believe the thread on 7z Sourceforge forums, Winerar (WinRAR with a typo?) can. Quoting WinRAR wiki article: "[Version] 5.70 (2019-02): removes support for ACE archive decompression due to major security vulnerabilities in the unacev2.dll library." Marginally better than WInAce? Provided you have a copy that old of course.

I made a retexture for it with higer res textures here.
