Adds Follow/Wait/Guard area functions to the Shock Centurion that Baladas gives you at the end of his quest line. Also adds the ability to have more built by him.
I developed this in Openmw 0.49, but should work with earlier versions as well

Added companion functionality, Added ability to gain new centurions from Baladas
I found it annoying to have a permanent follower that I couldn't dismiss, so I fixed it. You can now speak to the Shock centurion that Baladas gives you at the end of his questline. You can order it to follow you, to wait where it is, or to guard the local area. You also can approach Baladas with a commission to have him build you a new one. You will need some kind of follower mod such as Attend Me, in order to get the new ones out of the building.
-Now migrated to .esp format, enjoy~
The functionality is basic, but sufficient for my uses. If there is interest, I may make add additional functionality to the follower, such as teleporting to the player when they get too far away when following you.
