Permissions and credits
Features

The mod adds six Imperial Cult quests that are given by members of the Knightly Orders of the Divines from Daggerfall. There is one available at each of the Imperial Cult shrines at the Imperial Forts on Vvardenfell. It also adds a quest at the Imperial Cult shrine at Fort Frostmoth, you don't have to be a member of the Imperial Cult to get it. The Vvardenfell quests give you pieces of the Imperial Gold armor from Tamriel Data.

Quests

-Knights of Iron, Fort Moonmoth
Investigate disreputable business practices in Balmora.
-Crusaders of Stendarr, Fort Darius
Teaching mercy to a bully in the Imperial Legion.
-Order of the Lily, Pelagiad
Recover a stolen Dibellan Lute.
-Knights of the Circle, Fort Buckmoth
Hunt down a powerful undead in an Ancestral Tomb.
-Maran Knights, Wolverine Hall
Kill a Daedra Seducer leading a cult to Molag Bal.
-Order of the Hour, Ebonheart Imperial Chapel
Stop a cult that could pose a threat to the Empire itself.
-Clever Man, Fort Frostmoth
Find a staff for one of Jhunal's Clever Men in exchange for a story.

The first three can be done by someone of any rank in the Imperial Cult. The Knights of the Circle quest is gated behind Acolyte rank, the Maran Knights quest is behind Disciple rank, and the Order of the Hour quest is behind Invoker rank. You don't have to be in the Imperial Cult to do the Clever Man quest.

Requirements

You only need Tamriel Data. I wouldn't have been able to make this without the amazing assets it provides.

Compatibility

The mod edits very little. It adds one NPC to the interiors of each Imperial Fort and the Imperial Cult Chapel in Ebonheart. Anything that heavily changes the layout of those cells could be incompatible, but I don't know of anything that does that. It also adds NPCs to the Daedric Shrines Ebernanit and Esutanamus, but again, I don't know of any mods that change those cells heavily enough that it would be incompatible.

The small conflict with BCOM was fixed in version 1.3.

It should be compatible with anything that changes the Imperial Cult questline, I didn't edit any vanilla dialogue aside from one response to the "Lay Servant" topic. Imperial Cult members will direct you to my NPCs alongside the vanilla Imperial Cult questgivers.

New in Version 1.2

This was my first mod, so I got a few things wrong for a quest mod. I got some feedback and implemented it. First, the Imperial Cult doesn't usually force you into combat situations outside of a few of the Shrine Sergeant quests and the Oracle quests. Also, outside of the Oracle quests, it doesn't assume that your character is very powerful. To reflect this, made these changes.

1. There is a non-combat solution to the Order of the Lily quest.
2. The Daedra Seducer in the Maran Knights quest was significantly weakened. The two Nord Barbarians outside will no longer be hostile to you and will help you clear the shrine out. There is no nonviolent solution here, but it should be more manageable for weaker characters now.
3. The enemies in the Order of the Hour quest will not be hostile to you from the get-go. They have limited dialogue with you, and you have an option to help them out and solve the quest nonviolently. The questgiver will not necessarily be happy in this scenario. The enemies in this quest were also all significantly weakened. They were way too strong before. The main one should still give a good fight, similar to the enemy in the Ice Blade of the Monarch quest, but he is not as overpowered as before.

I left the others unchanged. The Stendarr and Zenithar quests are non-combat anyway, and the Knights of the Circle quest already had a partially non-combat solution. Thanks to all who gave feedback on this, I'll remember in future mods.

Closing

This is my first mod, so let me know what you think. Thanks to everyone who helped me with scripting and testing and all. If this gets a good reception, I have a few other quest ideas that revolve around filling in empty spots in the current factions, such as Temple questlines for Balmora and Sadrith Mora and a Legion questline in Pelagiad. I also might return to this and add a Kynareth quest somewhere. I originally planned to have one in Mournhold because there's an Imperial Cult shrine there, but I couldn't think of anything that would fit the area.

I made a Balmora Temple questline, it can be found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/54211
