About this mod
MWSE Skyrim Style Quest Notifications by nazz190, modified for use in OpenMW. Adds popup notifications when you start or finish a quest, in the style of Skyrim. Requires OpenMW 0.49 or later.

Requires OpenMW version 0.49 or later. You can get a ready to use windows version on Nexusmods here, or you can go to the main Gitlab page and download the build appropriate for your hardware.
OpenMW version of nazz190's original mod. A Skyrim-style popup box appears on the screen when quests start or finish, displaying the quest name and a matching icon, and playing a sound effect. Icons can be user customized, using the same customization file that the MWSE version uses.
Unlike the original version, this requires a database of all QuestID's and their matching name, in order to display the correct quest name. All vanilla quests are currently covered, but any quests from mods will only display the QuestID.

Now has a preferences screen in Settings - Scripts - Skyrim Style Quest Notifications, for customization of notification popup
Also adds quest names from a large number of popular mods, thanks to TeodoroBagwell and settyness
Including Tamriel Rebuilt, Skyrim Home of the Nords, and many others.
