Fixed the check for highest rank, so now the mod doesn't check for advancement if you're already the highest rank in a faction. For example, the Fighters Guild Rank Up! notification will not be shown if you're already Guildmaster. This was already implemented since 2.0.0, but I used a wrong value for the highest faction rank.
