Not a hard requirement, only for a few asset texture replacers.

The other ship to Vvardenfell mod was very outdated, and I've confirmed will not be updated. So, I made a new one.
You can now travel to Vvardenfell using a new hanger in Nar Shaddaa, Makacheesa Market. This will take you to a travel agent right outside of Vivec.
Included are also almost 1,000 mesh replacers to "Starwindify" some stuff. Dwemer interiors and exteriors, along with the dwemer armor and weapons have been retextured. Bows have been replaced with retextured blaster pistols to match the Starwind animations. A handful of weapons have had glowmaps added to their blades. Chitin weapons were retextured to match their Starwind equivalent armors. Some of the helmets have had sci-fi modifications done to them. And some flora and exterior have had their meshes replaced.
Edits have been made to the .esp to fix compatibility issues with Starwind and to remove scripts related to character generation in Seyda Neen.
If enough people ask I'll probably do more retextures when some ideas are thrown around.
