This was really handy.  Thanks for sharing this with us.  For those wondering, you just run the "Tes3EditX.Winui.exe".  in the "select plugins" tab, select the "..." next to the bold "data files".  Now select the Data Files folder in your morrowind installation directory.  Then select whatever plugins you wanna compare (i just compared all of mine), then select the green "compare" button.

For those like me  that could not choose their folder (the button with the three dots did absolutely nothing):

DO NOT run this file as an admin. It won't work if you do.

How is this suppose to run? I've clicked on the .exe, and have tried to run as administrator, and neither works. The program just does not seem to open.

Update: This does not work in windows 7

very interesting! do you think it will be doable one day to drag and drop records to fix conflicts?

well I mean just like you would do in xEdit (for Skyrim / FNV / Oblivion)

you would drag a record, say HairModel for Wares_VV_NPCs.esp to Merge Objects.esp, so that it becomes b_n_orc_m_hair_03

That would be the greatest thing ever. My only issue with MW is how difficult it is to fix conflicts.

I'm going to need an installation video. I've installed it with MO, I open the program, I click the button next to data files and point it to my MO mods folder but it doesn't pull up my mods and hovering on the "mods" folder title reveals a file path to the conflict viewer's installation folder instead of the mods folder.

You must direct it to your Morrowind Installation's "Data Files" Folder. By starting the program through MO, it will use the virtual file system and show all your mods in there. And if you configure it to start in this folder, it will load your mods automatically on startup.

How does this work with a mod list that goes beyond the vanilla limit? TES3View wont' let me load my entire list at one time.

Cannot unpack the downloaded file. I am using WinRAR and it says that the archive is corrupt.

Download 7zip and then try right click + drag to extract. WinRAR does not work for everything, and neither does 7zip, but together they cover mostly everything.
      EDIT
Wait, lol, it's not letting me open it either.
It says "unexpected end of data".

You're attacked by BitDefender's low quality "euristics". Try to rebuild, then pack and check at virustotal yourself. Make small change, rebuild and check again if that happens again. I'm also haunted by exactly the same problem frequently :-(

Super happy to see this updated, I've used the older version and it was already a very handy tool.
