Very nice house, perfect size for me. I just started a new game and tried your mod out of curiosity. And it stays ;) If you work on it in the future, I will ask for a brighter interior. I put a few candles on it and it didn't help :( Once I get used to the new game, I'll rearrange it a bit (using the console, of course) and I'll try to send screenshots. Regards.
p.s. in the future, you could consider buying a house, for example in "Immersion Friendly Home", but this is probably a more difficult task.
Massive tree clipping straight into the side of the building. This can be seen in the mod image. Perhaps relocate to be exterior to the wall. Less trees in that location.
It's lovely! I'd just finished my house hunting in Balmora and put up my findings but this is so sweet, I've amended my post for today to add it. I can confirm that Cory (the dog companion) navigated it just fine though I sent him out while I looked around just in case I wanted to use some internal screenshots. Anyway, it's perfect for anyone newly arrived in Balmora and for those overnight stays when you don't want to use the Guilds. Very nicely done indeed! Good luck with the modding! :-)
I'm glad you like the mod! I'm happy to see that it works properly for other people. I don't know anyone else who plays Morrowind so testing it with other setups wasn't really an option, but I figured that wasn't necessary considering how lightweight the mod is. I checked out your house hunting post and was surprised at some of the homes featured, they were ones I hadn't seen before and some fit more into my style. The inclusion of Cory made it cute on top of being informative. Speaking of Cory, thanks for confirming he could walk around properly in the house.
I'm glad you're glad! It's always nice to see people making their first mods and sharing them. I was very pleased to be able to add another - very recent indeed - house to my house hunting list!
