It's from Tamriel_Data so you could install Tamriel Rebuilt and see if anyone has any to steal on the mainland, or install Wares and buy it for yourself from an Outfitter. Alternatively simply use the console to add t_de_ebony_x_01 etc to your inventory. E.g. player->AddItem "T_De_Ebony_Bowl_01" 1
I've started planning for the Fighters Guild today. I don't currently plan on touching Imperial Cult or House Telvanni as I feel their quest rewards are already very varied. I may one day take a look at the Morag Tong, Main Quest, Vampire Quests, and assorted Miscs.
I would love a Morag Tong redux, there are a couple of fairly vanilla tweaks that would be useful. Things like the master writs only being available after the main quest, threads of the webspinner consolidation, slight tweaks and bugfixes to low hanging fruit (that one quest where you kill the dude in the Plantation and it has a scripted spawn for the 2nd dude comes to mind)
