Fantastic mod, what a total lifesaver. It works flawlessly most of the time, but then on occasion (I guess when I've tried changing settings) the yellow exclamations reappear. Reading your below reply I will double check my settings to ensure they are correct. I can't believe how long I've lived with yellow exclamation marks, though in their defense they are highly motivating to immediately try and fix any mod issues, lol.
try posting a link to your MWSE.log [EDIT] to enable the mod options, you need to select something different from 0. Off in the first 2 related MCM control panel options. Logging level should be set to 0. off once the mod works as expected
Usually some mod master changing the original object definition in a new version. Typically updates to Tamriel_Data.esm and similar big mods. e.g. you have some mod for TR adding to a NPC vendor a TR defined spoon. Next TR version uses a new/does not use that spoon any more, so they give the old one a deprecated name/mesh/icon instead (instead of just keeping the old object there). if you try to keep using your TR mod you get a spoon with "deprecated" label/mesh/icon To solve this there are mods (like the one linked in previous post) trying to add back the original deprecated objects definitions, but they are a little hit and miss with older objects, so this mod just deletes the deprecated objects found on the fly
Interesting mod as usually. Maybe a silly question, does this mod disable/delete references restored by https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/52000 ? Thanks.
it should not. that mod adds back object definitions before they added the "deprecated/depreciated" everywhere to them so they should not be touched (they do not have "deprec" string in name/mesh/icon path)
That is usually not the reason for duplicated references, but no, this mod does not fix that. To fix duplicated references try Mash right click/Repair All on your save If you don't have Mash already, install Polemos' version. If you are using MGE-XE/MWSE, install also the Mash beta patch to have 1024 plugins limit.
