Tamriel Data faces have mesh issues and some of the textures are not super great. (IMO)
So here are my 'facelift' version of 100~ meshes and 400~ textures. Typical facelift style there is an attempt to keep them mostly similar to the original appearance but without spending hours on every head.

So here are my 'facelift' version of 100~ meshes and 400~ textures. Typical facelift style there is an attempt to keep them mostly similar to the original appearance but without spending hours on every head. 

As of version 0.11:
We have reached 160faces lifted :pepe_party: 
Things left in the TR/B folder are
argonians, dagi, keptu, maormer, shinathi (dunmer), ynesai, khajiit, morc, orc, pb (idk if this is a person or something but they have a smattering of different races, mostly uniques), wood elves.
Idk how much I'll do for some of these races as I didn't cover argonians or khajiit in original facelift. Probably just use Calebs and pray it fits lol.

After the TR folder:
EPOS = mostly sub-khajiit
HR/B = lots of breton
PC = imperials and sub-imperials
SKY/B = nords and reachmen

After that I might fix up a couple broken hairs.

Instructions:
Some of the TR heads actually use vanilla morrowind assets, so make sure you have Facelift Textures installed somewhere. Further Westly's Faces Refurbished has some TR head (about 100) fixed up. So I while I do have edits for SOME of that are covered by Westly's Faces Refurbished, I'd recommend just using WFR.

LOAD ORDER:
1. TR_DATA
2. Facelift Textures
3. Facelift_TR
4. Westly's Faces Refurbished
5. Facelift_TR (BH_FIX)
6. Roberts Bodies for Tamriel Data


Optional:

BH_FIX - If you use Westly's Faces Refurbished you may have seen hairstyles clipping, I have patched these hairs to work on both and removed some of the very high detail westly ones that either don't vibe with the game or would be nearly impossible to get to work on various head types. For those I replaced them with a version from Caleb's Familiar Faces with some tweaks to fit the westly heads as well as vanilla heads + westly's ears.

SIMPLE FIX EXAMPLE:



HAIRSTYLES THAT HAVE BEEN SIGNIFICANTLY CHANGED FROM WESLEY'S FACES REFURBISHED:
  • B_N_Dark Elf_F_Hair_19.nif (Caleb's mesh actually looks better as WFR was using the original mesh)
  • B_N_Dark Elf_F_Hair_21.nif (Caleb's mesh actually looks better as WFR was using the original mesh)
  • B_N_Dark Elf_M_Hair_24.nif (too high-res and uses transparency, used Caleb's which matches everything else.)
  • b_n_nord_f_hair06.nif (too high-res and uses transparency, doesn't match the vanilla design as its a long braid instead of the original bob)
  • B_N_Redguard_M_Hair_02.nif (too high-res, can't fit to other heads, reverted to caleb's cornrows)
  • B_N_Redguard_M_Hair_04.nif (Just used the old textures as I think it fit better)
  • B_N_Redguard_M_Hair_05.nif (Can't get this to fit multiple heads as it is a skull cap of transparent hair, reverted to the original bald)
