One of my favorite mods that I never got to play was Ugarte at Morrowind Nexus - mods and community (nexusmods.com). This mod is inspired by the artist Jean-Pierre Ugarte, showcasing ancient ruins in the style of the minimalism art movement. It's not really compatible with several mods I use because it's located right on top of Ghostgate and it edits the landscape quite a bit. I got rid of the landscape edits and just focused on the stone architecture. Ugarte felt misplaced, so I moved it from Ghostgate and changed it quite a bit. There are three external locations and one cave to visit now just East of Molag Mar. There are no quests, just a mysterious set of ancient ruins left by unknown builders. Was it the Dwemer? Are they unfinished quarries or excavation sites? Or something completely different? Let the player use their imagination. *Hint to find the cave: Waterfall.
I did not create the original mod, I simply edited it. You do not need the original mod, simply install mine. I have not found any conflicts on over 400 mods. Although I have not tested BCOM or Rebirth because I do not use those. Let me know if you do!
