I just finished testing this mod and it is a nice PC home. I like the interior, features, and location. The inside looks great. The mod displaces some things, but nothing important is lost. I like that you can't access the flat without the password. I also enjoyed the note that was with the password which links the flat with the original game and fits in rather well. That was a nice touch. The animated cases and door work great and I really like the glass door display cabinets. There is plenty of storage in several locations. I tested every piece of this mod and it worked fine with no problems. You won't get any cheat items or uber stuff from this mod.
I like the mannequins, but they don't appear to be Better Bodies compatible. This isn't something I have paid much attention to while testing other mods, but I will have to start. Some BB armor doesn't even show up on the mannequins and some BB clothes, like pants, have clipping issues. This isn't a big deal, but worth noting.
Don't lose the password or leave it inside the flat or you can't get back in, unless you have set a mark inside where you can recall to.
Great mod, very nice atmosphere. I like the balance between luxury provided to the Arch-Mage and not "over doing" the place. Too many mods are to OP with regards to space and interior design. This one is just perfect.
I have to say one thing. This is the most awesome home I have at this time and I have many. I love the glass door that separates the armor room. I visit this flat every time I play. I call it my armor showcase. I have added more mannequins to the main room. It totally rocks and I have been using it since 2006, but wish it were larger so that I can place more mannequins with full armor. Love the cabinets so I can see all the helms that don't come with armor. It is the first thing I show to people who do not play Morrowind. They think it is awesome too. I can't believe I have been playing this game for 10 years. Being 50 something AND female, I didn't think I would get into any game like this, but my brother got me hooked! And if it weren't for mods like this, I probably wouldn't still be playing. With Morrowind, Bloodmoon, Tribunal, Oblivion and Shivering Isles all installed, I don't think I will ever finish playing this awesome game!!!
im vant dowbloading it cus i dont have morrowind on pc but i must say,
*mage walks out of his apartment and walks twords the hall exit/entrence and starts to hear the sound of heavy, clanging metal as it sounds closer and closer* *He sees a man (me) in 250 pound armor walk up to the door thats got a for sale sighn on it* mage: *nerviously* "H-how did you get in the mages guild? you dont look like the type to use magic besides to heal" Me:"..."*i RIP of the "for sale" sighn, walk in to the room, and close the door* *Mage just nerviously and quickly walks away*
I have a feeling i wouldent be to welcome of a naighbor
Lovely mod, some very thoughtful touches including the choice of decorative flowers. I particularly like the note to Trebonius, only an idiot like him would keep the key to such a valuable flat locked up in the equivalent of a tin money box.
Ok, straight up, i'm not sure if there is a problem but i cannot find this said ring or candle or scribb that allows entry into the flat.... Seriously, i have searched every part of the guild. If some one could tell me the exact location of everything i'm suppose to be looking for and i can figure out if this mod is simply not working or whatever else?
