Will this affect NPCs? Or just the PC? (Even nicer if they can be separated.)
The mod concept though simple but seems interesting when coupled with weapon rebalancing mods or even gameplay overhauls that allow misses. Thanks for making it I can see some archers(or pure melee) may rejoice now.
(Also in the description MWSE requirement is needed.)
Oh, it appears I forgot to implement a switch for NPCs (partially implemented, need to add it to the config menu). Currently the value of config.affectEnemiesToo is false by default. So enemies will not be affected.
