Thanks for your work on this! Pardon my self-asserted help, but I ran this esp through tes3cmd cleaning. Got these results for VIvec Apartments.esp:

    CLEANING: "Vivec Apartments.esp" ...
... [edited cos too long lol]
    Cleaning Stats for "Vivec Apartments.esp":
           duplicate object instance:     1
                    duplicate record:    31
                 redundant CELL.AMBI:     2
                 redundant CELL.WHGT:     2

From my limited understanding, these duplicates can cause strange and sometimes serious issues with a Morrowind save. They are very easily occurred, sometimes just by clicking a cell or item you never meant to change but the CS changed.

This link will help ya get started on using tes3cmd, something I'm a newbie at: https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/content/utility-tes3cmd

This is of course not compatible with BCOM as it removes the Upper Waistworks cell, but I did check out the apartments and they look nice! Copies of Miun-Gei's enchanting shop/home, or near copies it seems. Amulet worked well. Lots of storage. Appreciate the elitist Khajiit owner. One of the sacks downstairs had some food in it, but nbd there. Thanks again for your work and releasing it!

Hey thanks for the comment. I will be cleaning everything going forward. TBH, my install is pretty jank so i usually attribute any crashes or weirdness to that. But seeing as I'm uploading this stuff online, it's my responsibility to make sure it's as clean as possible. Also, good eye. It indeed is a copy, with some ridiculous modification to get the dinning room in there lol Happy you liked it, I'll probably make other small scale player homes in various regions now that I understand the scripting now. Might even include a surprise for those who'd rather pick the lock instead of paying ;).

I always appreciate surprises in mods! If the owner interrupts your sleep after you pick the lock I'd die laughing. Meant to say the dining room is a nice touch too, and to mention a fireplace would be nice, but I don't know if that's plausible inside a Vivec canton or if it even gets cold enough there "in the lore" to deserve it. And players can always toss in their own Ashfall stove. Anyway, just thinkin' out loud.

If Tamriel Rebuilt counts as "various regions", I'd be elated. I really like the un-grand houses that work for characters who aren't necessarily big, rich heroes.

OMG I didn't even think about sleep interrupts! I think I know what my weekend will be dedicated to now, thank you so much lol. I actually decided not to include a fireplace or stove partially due to how small the apartment is, but also because of Ashfall. I'm a huge fan of having an empty place that I can fill up through acquiring things in-game. For myself, I just got an Ashfall stove and put it roughly where it'd make sense.

I was thinking TR too expand into as well. TBH though, I've always been a little fearful of modding TR. Mostly because I'm worried I might break something unintentionally lol Anyway, I'll look into it ;)

TR Discord server (you can find on their website the invite) is quite open and welcoming to modders and wanna be TR developers. IMO, you'd be better off "breaking something" in TR than on Vvardenfell and would have plenty of good support. But do as ye will!
