I have a Lua error when re-loading the game on a recent openmw build:

I've just been putting RELOADLUA into the console whenever I start a new session. A few OpenMW mods seem to get a bit too eager on startup and trip over their own feet. The reload fixes the issue. :)
I updated to a new engine build from the pipeline, and now I can't access any of the containers. I can only add them to my inventory when the inventory is open. Sneaking does nothing. Neither does ~ + "activate." The weight is still based on what's in there, so there must be a record of it.
Edit: Wow just kidding. Running openmw directly rather than via the UI works fine. No idea why.
Got it. I've updated At Home Alchemy in the past, and it disappeared some of my alchemical devices. Not sure why. I wonder if it was only the ones that I activated outside my inventory on a surface? Anyway, I'll report if anything weird happens.
This seems very nice and I'm keeping my eyes on it until I decide to upgrade to 0.49.
What I would love would be a (maybe even pluginless, or at least without NPCs/Cell-Edits) way to pick up regular small containers (small chests, sacks, urns) from the world (of course triggering ownership mechanics appropriately). Because to be honest I'm a little bit tired of all the mechanics mods adding their own store where you can exclusively buy these scripted items that you can find nowhere else and nothing else.
Two things - Open MW .49 Been running .49 for a while - works well - no issues. Of course - not got much furthur than Balmora - but so far - no issues.
Tired of all the mods adding their own store... it is not. Can easily buy the stuff from Arielle or Ra'Virr - I would guess they are on other trade goods merchants as well.
The vendors have this and bunch of stuff from other mods as well (I use wares - so lots of stuff).

I have this bug with the renaming function, the only mod I use for UI is chocolate UI.

You could look into another mod of mine Tabletop alchemy, it does not make any changes to the item themselves, but does basically the same thing.
