    I'm on OpenMW .49 and it stops working as soon as you load your game from a save.

      Hey, thanks for the report and my apologies for the delay.

      The latest version of the mod should rectify this issue. You will need to disable the ESP, make a new save, and then re-add the mod in order to fix it.
