NOM Exhaustion Script

Added a timer script to make sure Chargen gets completed successfully.

Adds an exhaustion script to the game. At zero fatigue you will collapse for a few seconds, since running around with zero fatigue doesn't make any sense, does it?

About:
I can't stand running around with zero fatigue endlessly like in the original game. Totally unimmersive if you ask me, a complete no-go. Not anymore! After Character Generation a small script window pops up and asks you for your gender (male/female), which is nescessary to find the correct sound files when exhaustion sets in. From then on you're good to go. To reopen the script window, open the console and type 'startscript nom_config'.

Requirements:
-Morrowind
-Tribunal
-Bloodmoon

Installation:
-Unzip archive contents into your Morrowind\Data Files folder.
or
-Use a Mod Manager. MO2 is strongly recommended.

Uninstallation:
-Do the exact opposite as above. Don't remove the mod midgame. This might lead to unexpected results.
