These effects are quite awesome - hard to figure out which ones to use! I need to keep an eye on FPS - so I can't use too many. BloomPS2 seems really performance friendly over Kwase - decisions decisions!
The lens flare ones could be optimized a lot more, they are using a gaussian blur at the moment, which is pretty heavy, so if you are watching performance I would only use one of them instead of both.
If you are really hurting for performance you can actually open up the .omwfx file and edit the render_target textures defined at the top and change the width_ratio and height_ratio values to something lower, as a fraction of the full resolution. This should help boost performance by doing everything at a lower resolution, but it does result in some visual impact with more shimmering or blockier looking effects.
