This is an attempt to recreate point glow (part of zesterer's cloud shader for OpenMW).
To install the mod - in the MGE settings add Eternal Shine 1.fx and Eternal Shine 2.fx to the list of active shaders
These shaders must be loaded BEFORE specialprocess.fx or XERO-lut.fx or ENBPalette.fx
In the mod settings you can adjust the radius of halos and fog density
