This is not my work, I am merely trying to preserve a bit of Morrowind modding history. This was always one of my favourite player homes. This mod was created by Qwert (wherever they are today, thank you!) This is a combined version which includes the holodeck expansions for the base mod which has been recompressed in a non-defunct format.
The airship is located outside the lighthouse at Seyda Neen and will cost 50,000 Septums and materials will be required to be collected to construct it.It is in nearly the same location as Davide's Airship, so there may be some conflicts if you use that mod as well, but moving Davide's ship before constructing Qwert's will eliminate the overlap (and I'm not sure there was any to begin with, but they are very close together).
