About this mod
Members of the Mages Guild can now embark on five quests for the Master Wizard of Caldera!
You'll also meet Tarancur, a rival to the player in the Guild.
Many of the original Mages Guild quests have been spiced up with new twists and turns.
- Permissions and credits
Members of the Mages Guild can now deliver a coded message, solve a murder, investigate a heist, barter with the Telvanni and retrieve a tome of dark power for the Master Wizard of Caldera!
You'll also meet Tarancur, a rival to the player in the Guild. He'll pop up in a couple of vanilla quests and spice them up.
Some of the duller vanilla MG quests have had new choices, extensions or consequences added to them.
I also reccomend this quest mod to Randomise the flowers, mushrooms and locations of Ajira's stolen reports.

2.41 - Fixed a bug Itermerel's Notes and bugfix to include text that can trigger a Tamriel Rebuilt quest for Tenyeminwe
2.3 - Recharged the vanilla quest 'Itermerel's Notes'. More bugfixes and edgecases.
2.21 - Hotfix to make sure telvanni thugs appear in escort quest
Removed the 'Mud-Scale' Caldera quest 5 conflicts by changing his dialogue to Fine-Mouth, a vanilla NPC.
(Only took me 13 years to think of this compatibility switch)
2.2 - More bugfixing, more edge cases fixed, more variation in Topic responses, more Tarancur.
Added more flavor to two more quests:

Kill Necromancer Tashpi Ashibael (50% chance of it being different)
2.1 - Made the scripts more robust, added an extra Tarancur interaction, fixed some bugs.
2.0 - Massive overhaul!
Introduces Tarancur, a rival to the player in the Guild. He'll pop up in a couple of vanilla quests and spice them up.

Fixed a bug around fingering the Thieves Guild in the third quest (the AMENOPHIS fix)
Added better directions to Mud-Scale
Fixed some spelling mistakes
Added a custom voiceover to Folms Mirel!

added extra directions to fourth and fifth quest journal entries
fixed a rare first quest bug that meant you
could recieve the coded message more than once
fixed 'missing' seaghost sounds

A Potion from Skink-in-Tree's-Shade
- You'll now have to use the potion to root out an itchy flea infestation in the guild!

- Sirilonwe may catch you coming out of the cupboard. The quest branches depending on what you say to her.
Huleen's Hut
- The Scamp will now talk to you, and give you a peaceful way of resolving the quest.
Escort Tenyeminwe
- If you go the direct way to the docks, the Telvanni trouble Tenyeminwe was worried about will show up.
Itermerel's Notes
- Why was Itermerel travelling to Pelagiad? Help him further his notes with a shady guest at the Halfway Tavern.
Unsanctioned Training
- Slightly more complex dialogue tree, harder to get him to give you training than before.
Kill Necromancer Tashpi Ashibael
- There is a 50/50 chance each time you take this quest that Tashpi *may* actually be a necromancer. Pay attention to the dialogue with her and in Maar Gan. Of course, even if she *is* a Necromancer, you are still able to spare her.
Tarancur - your new rival.
Has a number of custom voiced lines as you both advance through the ranks.
Will interfere with the first set of Ranis quests, depending on which one you do first.
Will appear in the quest 'Soul of an Ash Ghoul', if you go to Yakin.
Can appear in the quest 'Warlock's Ring', if you accept his help.
