Scroll Paper - 1.0
You can obtain scroll paper from most vendors that sell scrolls. There are currently no world placed papers in the game.
:: REQUIREMENTS::
• Morrowind
• Bloodmoon DLC
• Tribunal DLC
:: FEATURES Template::
• Sevarl papers that have high enchantment levels, allowing you to make very powerful scrolls
:: GENERAL OTHER STUFF Template::
• This edits lots of scroll merchants containers. This could conflict with other mods. This is a low chance though.
