About this mod
This is a mod that adds to many scroll venders paper that can be enchanted for high enchant levels allowing you to make some very powerful scrolls. Similar to what you can find in game.

This mod adds several tiers of paper that can be enchanted to make scrolls.
The tiers are:
-Scroll Paper
-Fine Scroll Paper
-Exquisite Scroll Paper
-Perfect Scroll Paper
-Daedra Skin Scroll Paper
-Divine Scroll Paper
It never made sense to me in the game how scrolls were a thing, and yet the most powerful scrolls you could make were very weak, even in comparison to your normal spells.
So, to many of the vendors I added the above scroll papers to their inventories so that you can purchase these papers and create your own powerful scrolls.
Now you can enjoy your own custom made fire storm scrolls, fit to melt all of your foes.
