Certain events, usually when the player reunites friends or lovers, will now play a voiced conversation between those two NPCs.

They're just small back and forth chats, usually just a few lines per NPC, to bring the world to life a little.

There are currently thirteen events where this can happen:

  • Reuniting Kagouti expert Edras Oril with his worried friend Thoronor.
  • When Falura meets her new husband, Ashkhan Kaushad.
  • When Galbadier goes downstairs to talk to a colleague.
  • When Hlormar Wine-Sot catches up with the 'witch' who stole his axe.
  • When Huleeya reunites with his old friend Jobasha.
  • Paur Maston reunites with his trading partner Vanjirra.
  • Rabinna or Reeh-Jah are rescued at the Argonian Mission.
  • Sason is reunited with his wife, Malexa.
  • Teris and Rollie go to sell some clothes in Vivec.
  • A husband and wife are reunited after a nix-hound attack
  • A sick trooper is bought back to the Gnisis Temple for healing
  • A noblewoman and a bandit find love

The voices are created using ElevenAI and basic MWScript, so it works with Openmw.

Compatible with anything that doesn't edit the scripts on those NPCs - Quest Voice Greetings or Voices of Vvardenfell will be fine, for example.

Not compatible with GAMA, but I will make a patch once I'm happy with all the conversations created.
