Installation:
Cope the "Hearthfire - Morrowind.esp" and Meshes folder inside your Data Files folder within your Morrowind folder.
The path usually looks like the following:
-CD Version
Program Files (x86)/Morrowind/Data Files
Steam Version
Steam/steamapps/common/Morrowind/Data Files
When you start the game, click on "Data Files" inside the Launcher and activate the mod. Then start the game.

You start the mod by purchasing the island "Bal Nammu" from an imperial woman named "Leone Maxima" in Ebonheart.
She is located in "Grand Council Chambers". Everything else should be explained either ingame or on the nexus page.
