Rare Common Shirt 5

Bloodmoon and Tribunal.

Description
-----------
While there were many dubious fashion choices on display in Third-Era Morrowind, only "common_shirt_05" makes my eyes twitch. The top half of a life-jacket sewn onto a pleated shirt, and then a wide leather collar sewn on top of that? Hideous! Grotesque! And worst of all, *there are so many of them.*
Well, not anymore! Almost every NPC wearing...The Shirt...is now wearing either a different common shirt, or a combination of a common robe and a common ring (which amounts to the same price). The exceptions are the "unused NPCs", and two NPCs who feature in the Great House stronghold quests, Farena Arelas and Heniele Milielle. These ladies feature in my "Rough and Ready Strongholds" mod, and I'm afraid that tampering with them here would create a mod conflict there.
Merchants still sell the Shirt, and leveled lists haven't been changed. In v1.0 of this mod, you'd often see Tiras Sadus or Syloria Siruliulus wearing The Shirt -- probably because of their access to the random_de_shirt list -- so now they have robes that will at least cover up The Shirt if they decide to put it on.
Finally, I discovered that Farare Othril was given two shirts -- one of which was The Shirt -- but no shoes. On the assumption that someone's finger slipped when they made Farare, I replaced her redundant shirt with common shoes and a common belt (which add up to the same amount of money). J'zhirr, a Khajiit, owns shoes he can't wear. So when I replaced his shirt, I swapped his common shoes for a common amulet (which is worth the same).

Compatibility
-------------
I'm not aware of any quests or mods that rely on someone wearing common_shirt_05, so this should be compatible with whatever you're running.
