The chest added by the mod is a new container that replaces the existing chest so that shouldn't be the issue. I just tested it on a save that had already looted the cave and couldn't reproduce.
I love mods that implement unused ideas from creators and bring back lost content. Much endorsed. For replayability I'd add a script that makes him appear only after you finish the main quest. This one seems to do the thing: if ( GetJournalIndex C3_DestroyDagoth >= 50 ) enable else disable endif
this is awesome i had wondered if there was the original files about somewhere, but recreation is just as good, implemented as a quest even better. great work very cool thankyou :)
