Delete the old morrowind music and replace it with the mp3s inside the file, don't just dump it in the music folder you must first delete the old mp3s and replace them with the ones I created. I made 3 seperate folders 1. battle music 2. explore music 3. special. (I added a total of 18 different mp3s so everything will be replaced once you delete the old music.)
