No Witness, No Bounty Requires OpenMW 0.48 or newer, OR MWSE
When you commit a crime, you will need to kill all of your witnesses to make sure you aren't reported. This will be anyone who saw you commit the crime but may also include those who saw you in the area. Anyone who attacks you upon committing a crime will be counted as a witness. Leaving the building(cell) that you are in will make any crimes you've committed permanent. Player followers are not counted as witnesses.
It's probably going to be difficult to kill all witnesses when outside in a city, for example.
Expulsions will not be affected by this mod.
To Install: Make sure to activate both the OMWAddon and the Omwscripts file if using OpenMW.
If using MWSE, just put the contents of the archive in your data files folder.
