Would you mind telling where did you get this concept art from, then? If it reveals to be fake I'm okay with that since the replacer looks lit but at least there will be no disinformation.
The handwriting in the picture is 100% identical with that of Michael Kirkbride. Some of his older TES concept doodles looked VERY basic, almost like kids' drawings:
Note the similarities in the letter "R" and the "O" occasionally starting to look like a thick "I" or an elongated vertical loop. "Lost" almost looks like "list" just like the "of" becomes nearly "if" in the original Ogrim picture. It's Kirkbride's shibboleth.
