I'm pretty happy with the performance and aesthetics - granted Robert's or Better Bodies may have sex appeal, but those body mods really adds to the resource overhead of your game. I can now use vanilla clothes without issue, etc. Articus BN Faces is amazing considering the small texture footprint.
I did need to give Arnand a special ring ( https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/52256?tab=description ) to enhance his "vitality" so to speak - it seems swimming in the waters off Seyda Neen can sap his vigor!
