Illuminated Order adds a new room and corrdior to Heran, and sends you to the tomb to officially start the questline. The MW discord has a patch for IO 3.0 and Tombs and Towers that places the quest item in OAAB's version of the tomb and removes the altered cell.
You can use Enchanted Editor to delete the changes OAAB Tombs and Towers makes to Heran Ancestral Tomb. Then you can use both mods. But if you don't know how to do that (though it's quite simple really) or don't want to do that, I recommend you keep using Tombs and Towers over this mod. This mod is a small scale overhaul of a single dungeon, not nearly on the same level in terms of size and quality as my other dungeon mods, while Tombs and Towers overhauls dozens of Ancestral Tombs. Personally, I think the choice is clear.

No, I will not provide a compatability patch. I'm instead reworking the entire mod to turn it into an original dungeon that won't need any compatability patches. I'm also expanding it to just make it a more worthwhile experience overall. I will most likeley rerelease it as a new mod, so keep an eye out on the Nexus main page. Might still be a while though.

Can I still install this if I've already been to vanilla Heran? I know some mods get really prickly if you modify an area you've visited before installation
This tomb looks great! The giant roots really create an imposing atmosphere. And the scene at the end is tearjerking. As usual, it's insane what you were able to accomplish in such a short amount of time.

Edit: didn't see the mod is now obsolete. You should play Drethan ancestral Tomb.
