About this mod

Allows the Winged Twilight to become stronger over the course of the game, 3 difficulty levels.

Permissions and credits
This mod is for those who liked my Atronach Rebalance. In honor of the modathon, I chose a creature that is the most suitable for the theme: "In the shadows". Winged Twilights in the original game are rather boring, though beautiful mobs. They have high damage, and good resistance to various elements. Now at the start of the game, Winged Twilights are almost identical to the original ones, but their strength will gradually increase with the level of the hero, reaching its peak at level 30. The mod supports 3 difficulty levels, each of them makes the creature more difficult:

  • I Heart Vanilla (enabled by default after installing the mod):
The strength of each attack depends on its animation. For example, the wing strike now deals the least damage and has the least damage spread. The paw strike is now medium in strength. The sting strike is the most powerful and has the highest damage spread. The average damage from three attacks remained the same, I just redistributed the damage depending on the animation. This also adds interest to the game, since several weak or strong attacks can go in a row. Now you will better feel the unpredictability of the battle.
The creature gains 14 health points per level and increases it and all combat attributes by 10 every 5 levels up to 30.

  • Expanded Vanilla (open the console and type "set prd to 1"):
The creature gains 15 health points per level and increases it and all combat attributes by 15 every 5 levels up to 30.
Added abilities: "immune to normal weapons" (bug fix), "resist magicka_50" and "resist paralysis_50" (improve anti-magic abilities), chameleon 30% (looks beautiful, especially in the dark, in addition we have a theme: "In the shadows", right?).

  • Hardcore mode (open the console and type "set prd to 2"):
The creature gains 16 health points per level and increases it and all combat attributes by 20 every 5 levels up to 30.
The creature gets a new ability: "Cry of the Winged Twilight". It imposes a strong effect of the "sound" spell for 10 seconds, which greatly prevents the player from casting spells. The ability also increases every 5 levels. Since the effects of the abilities of different creatures stack, you will not be able to cast spells while surrounded by several creatures without having protection.
Winged Twilights have also received mana regeneration, so they can use their ability indefinitely every 7 seconds.
Go for broke and try to kill them now!

...Do you think that's all? We still have verticality!
The second version of the mod allows all Winged Twilights to fly! They will follow you in the air and on the ground!

  • Switching difficulty levels:
Difficulty levels can be changed at any time using the console. After the change creatures outside the location will change for the whole game. I Heart Vanilla ("set prd to 0"), Expanded Vanilla ("set prd to 1"), Hardcore mode ("set prd to 2").

  • Test mode:
The summoned creatures and Molag Grunda not changed at the moment. The mod is fully tested on the vanilla engine, but has not been tested (although in theory it should work fine) on OpenMW. The speed of flying creatures is not optimal, I will do more tests in the future. Soon I will update the Atronach Rebalance, which will also support difficulty levels.

  • Help me make the mod better:
I tried very hard to make this mod interesting for everyone. If you have any requests or comments - please let me know. If the fight has become too difficult or easy - too. I'm also willing to discuss spells. Remember that creatures get stronger every 5 levels you have.
You can safely remove this mod in the middle of the game if you don't like it. Installation is also possible at any time.

Compatibility:
MTB version requires Morrowind, Tribunal and Bloodmoon. Plugins are clean.
This mod works on vanilla engine, including MGEXE (MWSE is not required) or OpenMW (highly recommended, but not tested, lol).

Themes: In the Shadows, Go for Broke,
Verticality.
