Anyway, there's not much more to say other than what's up there in the brief overview.
Someone mentioned that they wanted something like this, so here it is.
This was supposed to be a 5-hour mod, but it took way longer than that.
Check out CoffeeBeard0's version! It has better compatibility, and I love what he did with the aquaduct.
Compatible with:
Resplendent Rethan and probably every other Rethan Manor overhaul. I didn't edit that far down-river.
NOT compatible with Amazing Balmora Expansion. It can be compatible with ABE if you go into the CS and delete ABE's shacks outside of Balmora.
If you use BCOM, load this mod AFTER BCOM. Otherwise you'll get a pretty gnarly land tear.
