   Could we get a changelog? The newest version adds a second plugin with no explanation.

      The two files are identical, I am not sure how the second ended up there.
      
      Edit: removed the extra esp file and started keeping track of versions

      A magicy word. Arcanum is the singular of arcana. One arcanum, two arcana. Kinda lke: one datum, two data. I am not an English native speaker and I wanted a short way to call scrolls that allow to cast spells (as usual magical scrolls) and learn the spell (as normally done via merchants).

      I did not really play Skyrim (it took far to long to appear in gog and when finally it did the enthusiasm was already gone), but from what I can see with a quick look on the internet it does seem similar. Enjoy!
