I second the motion. I know the Cliff Racer is not a Solstheim creature, but we could think of the thing as a tiger on the wall--trophy from an exotic and exciting hunt abroad.
Love all the other changes. The horned lanterns and Falx's fixes look particularly nice.
Realistically speaking, they just didn't have an asset that would fit the idea, but went with it anyway. When I started checking the various interiors and saw the cliff racer, for a moment I thought it was added by some mod I had in my load order and I was flabbergasted to discover it was placed there by Bethesda. That being said, I can make an addon to restore it, since it seems there's some interest.
RandomPal - thank you for making the optional cliffracer restoration. I was honestly on the fence and then I saw your post. Downloading now =)
I know it's probably not "lore-friendly" but every playthrough I look forward to seeing the cliffracer and taking the ring from it's mouth. I've played this since release (2002?), so I enjoy it. You have made this outlander very happy, and I wanted you to know that. <3
Thanks for another great mod! By the way, since you mention Rather Nice Factor Estate, do you happen to know if it works with the current iteration of TR_Data and TotSP? It hasn't been updated in a couple years, and on the mod page it says that updates to those 2 mods might break it...
Weird. I'm using the main .esp with the additional one which restores the cliff racer, yet there's no cliff racer in the Skaal greathall. I have the restored cliff racer .esp loaded after the main file.
Edit: I'm playing on OpenMW 0.48, if that helps at all.
I'm in the middle of a playthrough with Interiors of Solstheim mod, but haven't visited Solstheim (or any of it's interiors) yet. As I have some of RandomPal mods and they all mean quality, I was thinking about changing to Nordic Solstheim. Will it be safe to swap the two mods now with just updating and repairing save file?
Thanks for a reply. I also think it should be fine, but sometimes it's better to ask folks who have greater knowledge than myself. :) When I'll return to playing Morrowind, I'll try this mod after backin' up my saves.
No as it was not something tes3cmd is able to automatically detect and clean. That being said, if you're in the middle of a run you can keep the old esp as a dirty ref is not going to break your game.
Oh there's no changes to lighting per se. I simply swapped the com chandeliers for nordic ones. They might have slightly different colours, of maybe in some cases I used a different radius for some light sources. Or I might have had TLAD active while taking the screenshots (which doesn't take into account TD light sources). Keep also in mind that the screenshots have been edited to make the changes more visible, and this is highly dependent on shaders anyway.
I just double checked: - The light sources I used have the same radius and colour settings - I took the screenshots with TLAD active, which doubles the light radius of most light sources: this is very likely the reason for the difference you can notice in the screenshots
Great, i'm sure it will fit right in with my muse 2 edits for Solstheim. (sadly i can't post it since it's too many great songs from many different authors, there's no way for me to get permission from all or even contact them)

Edit: done

edit: I swear this wasn't a problem before but suddenly there's a bunch of floating objects everywhere, I think it does need a more recent TD llol
