This is an extremely enjoyable mod, and I've found myself playing quite a lot of it on my most recent playthrough. Minigames are always welcome since they help to breathe so much more life into the game's social settings! The presentation is super slick and the ruleset is pretty easy to learn, too. I'd be interested to see if you could get the Luck stat to determine outcomes (assuming it doesn't already) or even introduce a Fallout-like 'Gambling' skill via the Skills Framework.
Very well written code! I took a peak and was astounded at the depth of thought that went into constructing this mod. I'm guessing you must be a professional game developer, or at least a professional software engineer. +1 for unit testing your mod :)

Adds a lot of depth and life to the base game.
I wanted to be able to download a small amount and play right away.
