Not by default. It only replaces the buildings in Seyda Neen.
I just uploaded a personal esp I made that swaps the Shipyards buildings out as well. Requires both the original Shabby Seyda Neen files and the original Shipyards files.

I just installed the Shipyards esp, but MO2 says it requires 000 - LW - Resources.esm as a master, and the Modders Resources has Shabby Seyda Neen Modders Resources.ESP but no esm. Have I missed something obvious?
Thanks for reporting, have uploaded a version without the LW Resources.esm dependency. Like I said - personal esp, and I forgot that it had a dependency on my custom resources file. Sorry about that!

It's compatible with any texture replacer, especially things like MET and IT which stay very close to the originals but just upscale.
The meaning in my question being, will these models replace all that use these pieces?

*edit* As expected, the Shipyard looks amazing!
