Just a simple mod I made for myself for the last replay. As I usually spend a lot of time at Balmora during the early game and just wanted a personal place to sleep and store items.
Adds a simple underground shack in Balmora with minimal furnishing, you can find it behind the bookseller's house.
First you need to grab a key for it inside South Wall Cornerclub.
Should be compatible with everything, as it's just an .esp that doesn't change anything.
