Stuck at the quest at the beginning of the game "AFFresh: A Little Light Wood". There is a part where the "Puzzled Orgim"spawns 3 floating chests and the player is supposed to pick one. The problem is we are not able to pick a chest. There is no key that allows us to interact with the chest. Is there any fix to this please?
If you have problems with Caldera smugglers due to Caldera Mine Expanded mod even with the patch, here is where smugglers spawned for me (far south ridge). Used tcl to find them sadly, other than that the quests are great! -21686 x 1170 y 6390 z
I don't have Caldera Mine Expanded and on my latest playthrough (v. 1.3b) the glass smugglers didn't spawn. I know because "AF_GlassSmuggler1"->PositionCell [X], [Y], [Z], "[cell name]" didn't do anything. I ended up using PlaceAtPC "AF_GlassSmuggler1", 1, 1, 1and was able to finish the quest as normal from there.
Thanks for adding some fun quests. I think that I may have encountered a bug, though. It seems not to be an incompatibility though maybe it's an OpenMW bug. I'm using OpenMW 0.49 RC5. I haven't (had the patience to) replicated it on vanilla Morrowind yet.
I refused Nephata (per Darvame's advice) many times over, and she finally initiated dialog saying that she gave up but said nothing about a letter. Then my journal updated three times to say that she gave up, that she gave me the letter, and that I found a letter on her body. The latter two don't make much sense, and though I appreciate not being locked out of a quest, only one is necessary and it probably should be accompanied by appropriate dialog. Doing my own research, it's setting quest stage 110 on Nephata's Quest and then stages 10 and 11 on Darvam's Letter Quest.
Interestingly, waiting in game for 24 hours several times successively also didn't seem to cause Nephata to give up either. I'm unsure if that's intended or not.
P.S. Actually, paying Nephata either 20 or 100 gold produces the same result but in these cases, she does have dialog regarding giving me the letter. Both entries for being given letter and finding the letter on Nephata are then added to my journal.
P.P.S. Vanilla Morrowind just freezes or crashes when Nephata is supposed to talk to me to initiate the quest.
He can say that at the very start. After just a few seconds he should have different dialogue. If he continues to say that, let me know, and I can probably give you a console command to force the update.
Haven't quite finished all quests yet so I'm not giving it a full review or whatever but I'm blown away by this. On my modlist of 300 quest and dungeon mods this one stands head and shoulders above almost all. Broad, deep, genuinely Morrowind, hard recommend.
I love the Bragging Rights line. Some good early thievin challenges, strong writing, an excuse to (re)read two good vanilla in-game books, implicit SLOADS, and the intriguing implications who exactly Raflod may or may not be working for.
I can't seem to find the Dres guidebook in the Sarys ancestral tomb. In fact, I looked in the editor and it's not there in the first place. Excellent mod, but I'd love it if this problem was fixed.
This mod is so much fun and adds a lot of charm to Seyda Neen! Great job!

I particularly enjoyed the quest reward from helping the silt strider lady! I thought "huh, that's a very interesting and specific item..." It wasn't until later I realized the connection. Very clever! I won't spoil it for others, but I got a big kick out of it.
