Smooth Master Index

Smooth Master Index changes the usage of the Master Index added by the master index beth plugin.

There are many other mods that do a good job at improving this. This mod's goal is to keep it simple, both in the lack of menus, and the fact that no object in the game is modified, meaning this should be compatible with every mod there is.

When you are holding the master index, or the correct index, and activate a propylon normally, you will be teleported to that propylon's destination.

However, if you are sneaking, and activate the propylon while holding the propylon, you will be teleported to the Caldera Mage's guild, to maintain usage from the original plugin.

From here, you can either talk to Folms as before, or you may sneak-activate him. Instead of trying to pickpocket him, he will teleport you to the last Stronghold you teleported from. This is useful in case you aren't able to talk to him normally.

If you have the mod "Beautiful cities of Morrowind" installed, it will place a crystal ball on the table downstairs, by the exit. If you don't have BCOM, but do have TR_Data, this crystal ball will be placed when you use Folms to teleport by sneaking with the master index.

You may use this crystal ball as well, if you are holding the master index and activate it, you will be transported to the last stronghold you teleported from.
If you use this ball, you will be teleported back to it when you return, not to Folms.

I'll release a portable containers mod soon for OpenMW, and when I do, carrying the master index in those containers will count as you having the index in your inventory, if you are carrying that container.

I just released update 1.1, this adds the crystal ball if you have TR Data but not BCOM, and it swaps the position of the pylons in Andasreth and Indoranyon. With MWSE, this swap only happens when you teleport to the chamber from another propylon chamber.

Now, when entering the Propylon chamber, the pylon on the left will transport you clockwise around Vvardenfell, and the pylon on the right will transport you counter-clockwise.

This mod requires either MWSE latest, or OpenMW 0.49.0 development build.
