About this mod

Whilst this mod doesn't fit into any themed challenges of this year, I figured May would be a good time to do something like this,
being a celebration of Morrowind's anniversary and all.

This mod re-instates cut NPCs and modifies some already-existing ones, roughly about 150 in total.

Whilst this mod doesn't fit into any themed challenges of this year, I figured May would be a good time to do something like this,
being a celebration of Morrowind's anniversary and all.
This mod re-instates cut NPCs and modifies some already-existing ones, roughly about 150 in total.
Encompassing 0 count Npcs, dialogue-mention npcs, characters appearing in pre-release documents as well as ones from in-game notes
and lore books. Plus a few characters from other TES games in places where it would feasibly make sense for them appear, with
some creative liberties taken.
Whilst the basic scope of this mod is big, none of the new NPCs have new dialogue nor quests. Mostly because I don't have the time nor competency to realize that.
The main motivation being correcting the lore vs gameplay inconsistencies and fleshing out and crowd up underpopulated areas of the game. As such, none of them (save two) have new living quarters.
However, a number of new NPCs do offer services, such as training or barter.
In addition to that, for every one of them, a lot of thorough thought has been put into their placement location, heavily personalized equipment, inventories, skillsets, spells, environment, faction allegiances and function within the world.

Permissions

Do what you want with this, no credits or permission needed.
If you do end up using this mod as a base to build upon or an inspiration however, feel free to shoot me a PM to saisfy my curiosity, I would be honored.

Incompatibilities
==================
Being a rather uninvasive and lightweight mod, there shouldn't be any.
With the exception -- of course -- being other mods with the same premise. And even then the only expected issue might be duplicates.
