It's insane how prime is Morrowind for these kind of mods and they haven't been replicated in other iterations of Elder Scrolls. Thank you, there's no way that I would enjoy Morrowind this much without your mods.
Wow... this is amazing. Been having so much fun fishing on my Bosmer scout. Haven't even got to level 2. Thank you (and thanks for all your other amazing mods as well!)
Having a net in your inventory increases fatigue level at which a fish will be caught, from 0 to I think 10. You'll see a net icon on the fatigue bar showing the new minute.
Can I suggest in a future update removing the numerical readout on the fish's fatigue? It means you instantly know what you've caught, which rather spoils the fun!
Hi, so sorry to bother, out of curiosity, how hard would it theoretically be to convert something like this or your ashfall mod into OpenMW with Lua scripting or similar?
As someone who loves both what MWSE mods can do, and the achievements of Openmw... Right now? No.
In the future- inevitability.
OpenMW is adding new Lua features almost weekly now in dev builds, and they are doing some amazing things with animations and object manipulation in the dev discord. Now - how long? No idea. Could be a few months - could be much longer.
Why? because being an open source project - it is worked on by a lot of folks and unless a small group would specifically take on the coding of the specific needs of this mod - they may not all be met at the same time. MWSE and it's scripting are amazing - and those who have done mods like this one (this awesome fishing mod) are to be applauded. Some of the things coming to OpenMW look pretty cool as well.
Each player has to decide on which features are important to them - and make a choice of which mods or versions to play with (MWClassic/MWSE or OpenMW).
