Adds "(Cleared)" text to door tooltips and the cell name in the map menu for dungeons that have been cleared of hostiles
A "dungeon" is defined as an interior cell which had hostile enemies in it the first time you entered it.
A dungeon is "cleared" when all hostiles in the cell are dead.
