Such a simple solution to my biggest problem to Alien abducted NPC traveling services. Especially that one in Balmora! Always disappearing after well into the character.
Yes. Those NPCs will not respawn without editing the .esp file itself. I made the vanilla travel service providers respawn by turning on the eponymous "respawn" flag. That is a base NPC record thing and not really something I can account for in other mods. You'll have to edit those mods yourself to make them respawn.
A suggestion for immersion and lore friendly-ness:
Why not just spawn new generic no name travel service providers when the vanilla named travel service providers dies? For example, after vanilla named travel service providers dies, a new NPC called "Travel Service Providers" will respawn to replace them after 3 days or so that can also provide travel service.
Too much work IMO for such a simple mod. Nothing stopping someone else from making it, though. I just want simplicity for a lot of my mods for my own sake, sanity, time, etc.
