Morrowind GOG, enhanced by MWSE, working flawlessly. because i'm wary about installing mods right in the game folder, i decided to create a new instance in MO2, and install&run Blademeister from that instance.
everythings was fine, the skeleton was here, not in midair or floating, the introductory phase was working flawlessly, but... for a reason or another, i get a REALLY HUGE encumbrance after Fellthorn calmed down and comes back in my inventory! 30k plus my real inventory... and every time i open and close my inventory, another 10k encumbrance is added! :))) no idea why: unless MWSE, two house mods, and a mod adding a vendor for buyable gondolier hats, i have a really vanilla game.
in OpenMW everything works fine, (game is including the three mods i said)... as i know (i don't advanced too much in his chain).
not sure if there is some subtle bug caused by running MWSE through MO2, or MWSE's scripts. the three mods i have does not imply Addamasartus in any way, and their assets are not relatd, too. as i know.
Yeah, the issue is that for some reason the mod is adding 1 daedric battle axe to your inventory every frame, lol. This is just a problem with vanilla, as you've said. I would love to make a version of this that works with vanilla, but I can't figure out what exactly is causing this. I don't think it's a syntax problem since it works fine in OpenMW, it just seems that Blademeister's start scripts don't play well with the vanilla engine. I really want to create a vanilla-friendly version, but I'm not sure if I can get past this without completely reformatting my scripts. OpenMW only at the moment, sorry. :(
is not a "pure" vanilla, is MWSE-enhanced... maybe is interfering somehow with MWSE's scripts, and the patched executable... i'm a cautious lad, so, i have exactly 4 Morrowind folders: a Morrovind vanilla, GOG edition, and another 3 copies of that, one with MWSE installed, another one used for openMW, and the last is a reserve, if my vanilla go awry. all four are on my data HDD, so, no awful user-rights. i will try using vanilla one, but with MO2, even if Morrowind is not very explicitly supported, looks like is working fine. because if there will be some problems, i don't want to delete manually a lot of files and folders... MO2 add these ones in a virtual filesystem, so, technically, the original folder remain untouched, all the magic happens in RAM. i can try without, but for a reason or another, i have some screenshots saved right in the Morrowind folder, not in my games profile... untile then... story is nice, i'm almost close to unlock tier 2, and this quest blends finely with vanilla quests (new toon, i get it at level 1)... even if you play as mage, a sword is not so useful. so, i'm play like a spellsword... is really nice, thanks for your efforts! :D
When I say vanilla, I'm referring to the game engine. Sorry, should have been more clear. I should have said that it will only work with OpenMW currently.
