A bit of a big cut-down from the front page: skills/powers/attribs ought to be more lowered (80s-100s), removed the damage/drain attribute debuffs (were busted)\some effects for a few things powers/spells too, slightly buffed RGs&Args, reedited flavor txt

I had an accidental oversight with the khajiit that made them unplayable due to leaving an open space that i didnt notice, it is now fixed.
