All-in-one patch for the Wizards' Islands mod.

Permissions and credits
Wizards' Islands is a great mod, but I found that there were a lot of problems with it, even after installing three different patches. This mod aims to combine all those patches, and fix everything else that needs addressing.

This mod INCLUDES:
 - Wizards' Islands Patch by Wizards' Alliance
 - Unoffical Bloodmoon patch for Wizards Islands by Zennorious
 - Wizards Islands FPS fix by Gorkon

This mod REQUIRES:
 - Wizards' Islands - Scourge of the Frost Bringer

Below is a list of just the changes I have made, in addition to the changes made by the above mods. To see the changes made the above mods, see the included documentation.

 * Both islands have been moved north for compatibility with Tamriel Rebuilt
 * Stopped the "force-mark" when you arrive at the main island
 * Lots of textual corrections
 * A few poorly-placed objects fixed
 * Fixed the "Draken Warhammer" quest that never disappeared from the journal
 * Fixed the "Choosing a New Leader" quest where it was possible to get stuck
 * Additional Travel Rune locations added
 * A few stray cells added to the appropriate regions

Includes a guide to moving the island. Note that this guide is missing a step, which is updating some hardcoded locations in the teleportation scripts.
